1 Media Sources

Media Sources are the links to the shares that you see when you first enter Programs, Videos, Music, Pictures or the Filemanager. They can be as simple as a link to a folder on the local loaded hard drive, or a network shares that are shares on another computer, (and even online-radio-stations and streams are available as media sources).

NOTE! As of SVN build 9523 of XBMC the 'Bookmark' tag has been deprecated and has been replaced with the 'Source' tag.
The Bookmark tag will function for the foreseeable future, but the documentation has been moved to only describe the current 'Source' tag.
