HOW-TO:Keep resolv.conf settings in STATIC IP after reboot

1. Create a file called /etc/resolvconf/resolv.conf.d/base
2. Add the following lines: (Using OpenDNS)
nameserver 208.67.222.222
nameserver 208.67.220.220
